We are seeking experienced, natural salespeople to learn the craft of real estate and make huge commissions. Direct deposit of all commission payouts. SCOPE OF WORK Embody and promote a collaborative team culture within a fast-growing, start-up type atmosphere. Engage client(s) and demonstrate sincere interest in their home-buying or selling experience. Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline. Ensure your records are maintained in accordance with local DOL rules and regulations. Hold yourself accountable to the brokerage's mission and values. Prospecting and networking to build your and Bolt’s Pipeline. Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes. Participate in open houses, networking activities and social media to enhance your sales. Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers. Offer insights and knowledge. Provide and coordinate accurate and timely communication with external contacts such as closing agents, staff from other real estate brokerages, and vendors. Sending thank you cards and gifts to clients. Perform additional duties as requested or assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Active Brokers License in the state of Washington. History of exceptional client service and proven track record of success in sales. Impressive verbal and written communication skills. Effective analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative. Strong conviction to personal growth and achieving goals, both inside and outside of the workplace. Capability to manage a variety of transactions with attention to detail and operational excellence. The desire to contribute new ideas and learn. Reliable transportation. Tech savvy and adaptable to change. A high level of honesty and integrity is a MUST. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary coursework preferred. Two years’ administrative experience preferably in the Real Estate industry. Experience owning and renovating investment properties. Experience with Microsoft Office, BoomTown, MLS, Zip Forms, PDF & File Management, SkySlope (or similar programs), DocuSign, Dropbox, Gmail, and Google Calendar.​ TO APPLY: There are three parts to the application that we are asking you to submit.
