1. Deliver WOW service from Contract to Close
2. Manage the Pipeline
3. Client Updates each week

1. Deliver WOW service from Contract to Close
:Lock loan terms
:Send prepped file to Disclosure Desk within 48 hours
:Set Loan Estimate (LE) appointment for Loan Officer (LO)
:Complete if LO not available
:Send LE appointment confirmation with the LE Video
:Review loan file/contract with client within 24 hours of receipt of purchase agreement
:Review Property with Client
:Send updated needs list to client
:Get returned within 24 hours
:Final paperwork received/ Do a QC Review
:Be sure docs received match checklist : any to follow items listed in cover letter
:Organize assets/income
:Complete cover letter to include any guidelines to confirm packaging of file
:Check in Sheet completed
:File turned into Processing by day 3
:New contracts : introduction to Real Estate Agents via email
:Email Loan Officer to do a warm/fuzzy call to both agents
2. Manage the Pipeline
:Ensure Documents to Closing 5 days prior to funding 95 of the time
:Pipeline meeting daily with processor
:Send Closing Document (CD) Video to client day CD ordered
:Review CD and loan terms with client 48 hours prior to closing
:Coordinate/confirm signing appointments with all parties to transaction
:Attend closing if LO cannot (15 minutes max)
:Call and get all conditions
:Pull Loan guidelines to confirm file as needed
3. Client Updates each week (Outstanding Tuesday Updates)
:Update calls to clients (LO does the Real Estate Agent updates)
:Written update as well as phone call
:Give a clear and thorough update
:Ask them how your service has been
