Job Description:/h3:
1. Deliver WOW + 1 Customer Service
2. Lead Tracker
3. Manage TBD loan files
1. Deliver WOW + 1 Customer Service:
:Send New Lead video to all incoming leads
:Pre:approval Letters to agents within 1 hour of request
:Memorize and become familiar with all referral partners
2. Lead Tracker:
:Call leads back within 1 hour
:Add all leads to lead tracker
:Update the referral source every time you attempt/make contact with a lead
:Referral Partner Lead Tracker emailed each Friday to referral partner
:Bring two copies of lead tracker to each team meeting
:Maintain a 35 or higher conversion rate
:Use the Leads scripting on all incoming leads and lead follow up
:Verbal and email confirmation of appointment (list of what to bring, directions, team book and consultation video)
:Email e:consent
:Print credit report for appointment
:Pre:qualify clients over the phone
:Present Team Lead morning of consultation with loan options and why
:Pull any guidelines that need to be referred to by Team Lead for consultation
3. Manage TBD loan files
:Email borrower list of remaining items needed as provided by Team Lead
:Ensure cover letter is completed to Team Lead
:Order outs as needed
:Follow Up on all
disclosures/documents requested
:Ensure income matches when Verification of Employment (VOE), etc comes in after consultation, review with Team Lead as needed
:Keep TBD file updated each month and ready for underwriting
:Files that need credit submission : prep within 7 working days
:Submit and track any needed credit files
