Description:
Lead all 3D Print customer, reseller, sales or internal 3D events for Vancouver and Corvallis sites.
This would include planning, communicating, and leading the wow experience for customers
Planning / Coordinating small 3:10 person customer visits to secure labs; planning an coordinating with internal teams and presenters to be prepared; ensuring accommodations (meeting rooms, food, details for the experience and experience rooms are ready, and other customer connective planning issues handled)
Planning / Coordinating occasional 50:100 person customer visits to secure labs; planning an coordinating with internal teams and presenters to be prepared; ensuring accommodations (meeting rooms, food, details for the experience and experience rooms are ready, and other customer connective planning issues handled)
Great project management skills; planful, outgoing personality, understands a great customer/marketing experience, detail orientation, able to move quickly and react with speed and quality.
Team Administrator / Marketing Coordinator:
Drive/Lead logistics and details for events shipping; hotel / site booking and assist regional marketing managers and HP 3D Print Event manager with coordinating activities
Assist Global head of Marketing with Travel, meeting scheduling, meeting actions, expenses, logistics and team communications
Generally assist 3D Print Marketing (global team of 12) with administrative marketing activities including meeting coordination, logistics, and light administration coordination across other team and sites.
Responsibilities:
Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects.
Manages corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems. Responsible for business as well as team management.
Entry: Applies basic foundation of a functions principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.
Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.
Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
First Level University degree.1:3 years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
Demonstrates a basic knowledge of key Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Understands project management methods.
